Polaroid’s Pop instant camera will be available in Q4 this year, but industrial designer Jordan Steranka wanted a better model, so the Print concept instant camera was born.
The concept instant camera named Print features a similar size with a conventional point-and-shoot compact camera, which makes it an ideal companion for any travel. As we can see from the images, the concept camera features a unique and sleek appearance design, and the usage of metallic panels and TPU-like material delivers modern aesthetics while the smooth contours add more elegance to the camera.
Same as current smartphones like iPhone 7 Plus, ZenFone AR and more, the instant camera comes equipped with two lenses. The 24mm lens is designed for landscape, and the 50mm lens for portrait photography. The two lenses are swappable via its rotatable design. Moreover, its four front buttons allow you to easily access to four main functions including Library, Settings, Presets and Share, and the whole rear panel is a touchscreen monitor for preview and review. Like a photo? The instant camera has the ability to turn a digital file into a physical photo using built-in printer. After the break, check out the following images about the design concept.
