Panasonic has announced two latest digital cameras including Lumix DC-GX850 and Lumix long zoom camera. The mirrorless camera may draw your more attention if you have a preference for compact design.
Appearance design
The Lumix DC-GX850 is a budget friendly and well-crafted interchange lens mirrorless camera that measures 4.2 x 2.5 x 1.3 inches and weighs 9.49 oz (wit battery and memory card). As we can see from the images, the digital camera shows off a compact and elegant appearance and comes in two color options. The silver-and-black body delivers classic design aesthetics while the black model brings more modern style to the compact camera.
Meanwhile, with its slightly curved front panel and leather-like wrapper on the front, the mirrorless camera provides a comfortable and firm grip for shots.
Performance
The mirrorless camera comes equipped with a 16MP Live MOS sensor in order to deliver clear and sharp imaging along with a sensitivity range from ISO 200-25600 that allows it to suit working in a variety of lighting conditions. Meanwhile, it also supports recording up to 4K video with either 30fps or 24fps, and an integrated wind-cut filter enables built-in stereo microphone to record cleaner audio when shooting outdoors.
In addition to 4K video recording, Lumix DC-GX850 also supports 4K photo modes. Its Depth-From-Defocus AF technology delivers precise and fast focus, and a Starlight AF feature ensures accurate AF performance down to -4 EV.
Furthermore, Lumix DC-GX850 has a 3.0″ touchscreen OLED monitor that not only supports a variety of viewing angles, but also provides intuitive navigation and control. Moreover, built-in WiFi connectivity allows it to wirelessly connect with your smartphone or tablet for wireless image sharing and remote camera control.
